Dear Customer,

We can only apologise for the sudden change in Government guidance, unfortunately, this is not something we have control of, nor were we informed of before the general public. 

We want to offer a clear plan of action to all our customers, to enable you to travel as normal.

As such, we have put the following policy into place:

Convert a Day 2 Lateral Flow Kit to Pre Departure Lateral Flow

If you have previously purchased a Day 2 Lateral Flow & now wish to convert this to a Pre Departure Test, please email info@flysurance.co.uk

Ensure your Order Number, Date of Arrival, Test Kit ID & Email Address are provided.

If you have already exchanged your Day 2 Lateral Flow to a PCR test, you can still use your Day 2 Lateral Flow Test to a Pre Departure Test subject to fees. 


Please note that we will be unable to respond to individual emails from customers, where the answers are above or you travel after the next Government Announcement in order to be able to prioritise customers travelling in the next 3 weeks.
